Sharon McCoy Stevens

Mrs. Stevens is a 1965 graduate of Fairview High School and was elected to her first term of Fairview's Board of Education in 2015. She is completing the 2018 term vacated by Jeff Preston.
While working at Bank of Ashland for 30 years, Mrs. Stevens advanced to Senior Vice President of Operations. When the bank merged with Fifth Third Bank, she became a Private Banker for another two years. Mrs. Stevens has experience in commercial/residential lending, financial data analysis, employee benefits/relations, and computer operations.
Mrs. Stevens and her husband Ish have been members of Fairview Baptist Church for 18 years and have served as church treasurers for the past ten years.
Mrs. Stevens' husband retired in 2012 from Ashland Inc. as President of Relocation Properties Management LLC. Their oldest son, Ishmael Jr., is a pediatrician/partner at Ashland Children's Clinic. He and his wife Lisa live in South Ashland with their daughters Kaitlyn and Cassie. Youngest son, Matthew, is owner of Extreme Hobby Shop in Spring Hill, Tennessee. He and his wife Heather live in Thompson's Station, Tennessee with their two sons Caleb and David.
